Returns

Online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, as UK law provides. Items must be returned unused, at the buyer's cost; CDs and vinyl cannot be returned once opened. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded or replaced as the law requires. Email the address above to arrange any return.
